Attorney Robert W. Wilkinson graduated with honors from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1972 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1975.  He holds a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation and Business from Georgetown University and a Masters of Law Degree in Military Law from the United States Army Judge Advocate Generals School in Charlottesville, Virginia.
